ARSENAL fans will barely be able
to control their mirth today
after West Ham took misfiring
Moroccan striker Marouane
Chamakh on loan for six
months. And its not just his exit
but that manner in which it
happened that will get them
The move was confirmed by the
BBC but not before news of the
switch broke on Twitter thanks
to Jack Sullivan, the 11-year-old
son of the club’s owner David
Sullivan. Soon after reports that
a switch could be on the cards
began to emerge, a message
from an unimpressed Jack, who
uses the handle @jsullivanwhu,
appeared on the social
networking site.
He wrote: “I am very sorry
about this news Chamakh has
sign a 6 month loan deal! not my
pick.” The message was
accompanied by a sad
face. Amid much guffawing on
the social network site,
Sullivan later added that he
